Honey process is a method in which coffee cherries are picked and sorted, have their skins and pulps removed like other types of coffee—but are then dried without washing off the sticky-sweet outer layer of the fruit. The coffee has an extra sweetness and is absolutely delicious.
Green beans imported into the UK from Uganda then expertly roasted and packaged in Cambridge.
Every penny of profits are sent back to The Early Learning School in Entebbe. Look out for the circle stickers on the bags to see the impact of your bag of coffee!
Our ground coffee is a general purpose grind, which is suitable for all styles of filter coffee (e.g. cafetiere, drip, V60, AeroPress).
